Writing for Well Being is a group that introduces people who have recently experienced mental ill health to the benefits of engaging in creative activity by helping them to identify their creative strengths and re-build their self esteem.  Workshops are often inspired by looking closely at what’s around us, by nature and the seasons. The group acts as a stepping stone towards the High Tide Poets, an integrated community writing group which includes mental health service users as well as older people and carers.
